This Luxury three-bedroom, two-bath gated residence is off Manipay Road in Uduvil. It has four high-efficiency dual-inverter LG air conditioning units to maintain crisp climate control. Both the bathrooms and the kitchen have hot and cold water.
The large main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two 12ft X 12ft bedrooms share a bathroom down a hallway. The master has a large king-size bed, and the guest rooms have two double beds each. The house can accommodate six people. All water is provided from a well on the property and supplied to the faucets at constant pressure using automatic pressure pumps.
The kitchen has a 4-burner dual-fuel cooktop and a baking oven. All the essential cookware is provided for a party of 6 people. Guests can cook and eat local meat, seafood, and produce.
There is an outdoor BBQ area and wood-burning stove for guests to relax and experience traditional cooking. The patio and backyard can also be used for relaxation or entertaining.
